Verónica Gonzalez is a serial entrepreneur in sales.


After studying an MBA and a master’s degree in sales management, she founded two companies: Lexic MedEd (now LexicVivactis) and Lexic Language Solutions. Verónica created the sales departments at both companies based on scalability, reproducibility, and productivity. Once she had finished this process, Verónica sold one of the companies to a French multinational and is still a partner in Lexic Language Solutions.

After identifying the need to professionalise sales and support the sales departments, two years ago she founded Achiever Sales Training and Consulting. As a coach, consultant, and speaker, she has managed large business transformation projects in pharmaceutical and service industries and gives presentations on the subjects of opening markets and loyalty around the world.


She also assists several multinationals to open up the European market
